If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must immediately stop using Paglu Club and may request account closure. Your continued access or use after modifications indicates complete acceptance of the new Terms without reservation.

15. Severability and Validity

If any provision, clause, or requirement of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, regulatory authority, or arbitration panel, such provision shall be:

Platform Rights to Assign:

Paglu Club may freely assign, transfer, delegate, sublicense, or subcontract its rights, obligations, and responsibilities under these Terms to:

• Purchasers, successors, or assigns in the event of business sale, merger, acquisition, or reorganization

User Restrictions on Assignment:

• Transfer your Wallet balance, winnings, bonuses, or account benefits to another person

Any attempted assignment, transfer, or delegation by you without express prior written consent from Paglu Club is void, null, and of no effect, and constitutes a material breach of these Terms subject to immediate account termination.
